Maryland Saltwater Reports, Detailed Fishing Reports

Please enjoy our fishing reports and please post your own report for your state or region. Doesn't matter where you live or what region you fish as we try to display fishing reports for all types and styles of fishing. Fly fishing, surf fishing, wade fishing, to fishing 100 miles offshore in the Gulf Stream off the mid-atlantic coast are just some of the types of fishing reports we display. And that was just the saltwater fishing which is far outnumbered by all the types of freshwater fishing reports we see. We get freshwater reports for bass fishing in Mississippi to mountain stream fishing for trout in Colorado to Salmon fishing in the Great Lakes. Speaking of the Great Lakes, Michigan seems to be very popular for charter boat Captains and their fishing reports.

Some anglers just like to read certain fishing reports from exotic locales and dream about the day they will be able to take a fishing trip to whatever fishing paradise they are thinking about. For instance we have Key West fishing reports that tell us about extreme light tackle fishing and the excitiment of fighting a 100 pound tarpon in 3 feet of water while he sometimes walks on water during his effort to escape the pull of the angler and his rod n reel. Key West provides plenty of fishing action but for some it is not a likely destination so they read the reports and dream about a Key West fishing trip. Who knows? Fishing Report for July 13, 2010 Fishermen are catching sharks, kingfish, and spot in the surf. Rumor has it there are some cobia swimming around. In the bay plenty of undersized flounder and blues. The Rt. 50 Bridge and Inlet are producing some stripers and blues at night and flounder during the day. Some triggerfish have shown in the Inlet. Congratulations to: Amanda Schmidt of West Ocean City with her 24 ¾ inch flounder caught in the East Channel.
